As a proud wife of successful business owner and the mother of 3 beautiful girls, I wear many hats as I’m sure you all do as well. I’m self trained chef for my family with a passion for simple, balanced, flavorful meals that will keep my family healthy. This foundation will also carry my children into their future and promote healthy choices on their own. I believe whole-heartedly that the foods we choose to put in our body are either feeding or fighting disease.
The reason I excel in my field is not only my passion for balance, but my own health journey and the challenges which have fueled my need to explore how food and exercise impact the many areas of my daily life. In fact, I was a late bloomer in this way. I came to the “veggie party” later in life, but I knew that no matter how late I started, I could correct my poor health behavior and continue to make the right choices. For these reasons, I’m very much like you.
I strive to make myself a priority so I can be a better wife, mom and coach. I can help you put yourself back on “the list” too! This is tough for all of us, but achievable!
I earned a degree from Illinois State University in Exercise Science and received a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, learning from medical and holistic doctors alike.
