Salmon Salad with Asian flare!

2 cups of mixed greens:  spinach, roamine, spring mix, whatever is your favorite!

1/2 can or fresh, wild caught salmon, my preferred canned salmon, wild planet.

My favorite toppings:  sliced almonds, diced red pepper, chopped cauliflower, thin sliced red or green cabbage

The dressing that makes the salad, Tessamae's Soy Ginger Dressing

There are many other toppings that are great for this recipe, such as edamame or sesame seeds.......experiment with what you like!
